Jenna Fischer has become best well-known for her role as Pam Beesly, the character she played on The Office. For this part, Jenna was honored with two SAG Awards in Outstanding Ensemble Comedy and an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Jenna was raised within Fort Wayne in Indiana. Jenna was awed by her mother, Anne, perform in church plays when she was younger and was able to instill a love of theater and performance.
Fischer was a stage actress in her own country. The Off-Broadway production Reasons to Be Happy composed by Neil LaBute with Josh Hamilton and Leslie Bibb as co-stars, Fischer was the lead. Then she starred in Steve Martin's Meteor Shower - an absurdist comedy starring Greg Germanyn as well as Josh Stamberg - for the Old Globe Theatre's first world premiere.

The Actor's Life is her debut book that details the journey she took to get from St. Louis, Missouri to Hollywood and then to Hollywood, where she was an actress professionally. The second book, Office BFF's (co-authored by Angela Kinsey) is an autobiography about her most beloved friend as well as their time in The Office.
